At Gerritsen Group, we are a rapidly growing organisation with a dynamic and informal working culture. We are in the start-up phase in the field of HR and are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us in building and further developing the HR policy. You will work closely with an experienced HR advisor and HR manager, which will give you the opportunity to learn a lot and actively contribute to the development of our HR processes.

What are you going to do?
- Support in drafting job advertisements and screening applications.
- Planning and coordinating job interviews and the onboarding process of new employees.
- Participate in the creation of personnel files and administrative HR tasks.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, such as compensation, training and corporate culture.
- Actively participate in the further professionalisation of HR policies within the organisation.
- You will have the opportunity to help think about specific HR projects and can come up with your own proposals for projects you would like to take up.
What do we expect from you?
- You are studying in HR, business administration or a similar field.
- You have an enthusiastic, hands-on attitude and can work well independently.
- You have an inquisitive attitude and can pick up new things quickly.
- You are communicatively strong, both in Dutch and English.
- You have a practical approach and enjoy helping shape processes.
- You are willing to be present at our office in Goirle.
