What are you going to do?
As a planner, you're firmly in charge. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure projects run smoothly by deploying staff, equipment, and materials intelligently and efficiently. You'll create the schedule, monitor it closely, and check that everything is running according to plan. Thanks to your oversight and accuracy, everyone knows exactly what to expect.
- You'll allocate staff, machinery, and materials across our projects and maintain a balance between capacity and demand.
- You'll monitor resource deployment and make adjustments where necessary to ensure projects run smoothly.
- You'll maintain control over the schedule and quickly identify potential obstacles.
- You'll contribute to further process improvements and report on the use of resources and efficiency.
- In the long term, you and the team will take the lead in resource planning and contribute to the further professionalization of our approach.
- You'll primarily work from our office in Goirle, near the Belgian border. Flexible working hours are possible upon consultation.
Who are you?
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably with a background in planning
- Decisive, persistent, and strong communication skills
- Flexible and results-oriented, with an eye for diverse interests
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of Dutch, German, and/or Russian is a plus
- Proactive and analytical
- Organizational and efficient work
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Prepared to be available outside of working hours, if agreed upon
