What are you going to do?
As an administrative assistant working in transport planning, you will support the team by processing orders, managing customer information, and providing administrative support to the planners. You will work in a diverse environment where not one day is the same! Your organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly are essential.
- Processing transport invoices and verifying costs, including cargo, customs duties, and other allowences, to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Entering planning data into systems and maintaining administrative tasks.
- Maintaining contact with drivers to communicate planning changes and ensuring they are aware of updates.
- Monitoring the progress of transports and reporting deviations to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Reviewing, approving, and archiving bills of lading and transport agreements.
